All orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days after fulfillment. Items are made to order. We currently only deliver domestically within the US. Just Start Somewhere ships domestic orders via USPS, FedEx, and DHL to residential and business addresses. Domestic orders may arrive anywhere between 4-23 business days after the order has shipped, excluding Sundays, federal holidays, and unforeseen shipping delays. Domestic orders will typically arrive within 7-10 days once shipped. Delivery delays are not common but may occur and are not controlled by Just Start Somewhere. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can easily track your package through the courier listed in your shipping confirmation. Delivery timeframes are live estimates at the time of ordering and may change. Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to update. Please double check your correct shipping address upon ordering to ensure your order gets to you in a timely manner. If you’ve already placed an order, please refer to your shipping confirmation email for your specific delivery timeframe and tracking link. If an attempted delivery notice is left by the shipping courier, please follow up for redelivery or pickup instructions. If your tracking says your order has been delivered but you’ve not received it, try the following:

Ask family, a roommate, neighbor or building staff in case it was left with them
Contact the courier directly to request delivery confirmation or proof of drop-off
